Key Realty & Investments was organized in 2003 in Arlington, Virginia and has its offices at 4600 Duke Street, Suite 414, Alexandria Virginia. Its principal broker is Hugo Silva, with, (Inactive) Andrea Lee Negroni. Ms. Negroni is also a lawyer with 20+ years of real estate and mortgage experience. Our principal territory is the Arlington, Virginia and Alexandria, Virginia communities. We have experience with single family property sales and purchases, condominiums and co-operatives in both areas.
